| Warmzone radiant heat snow melting systems can be installed to provide radiant heating for almost any
size and shape of driveway. The rugged design of the Danfoss GX heating cable
allows the durable cable to be installed in concrete-pours and new asphalt driveways. These reliable radiant heating products are easy to install and offer premium, maintenance-free performance. Warmzone carries both low- and line-voltage electric snow melting systems. The electric Danfoss GX snow melt system is designed to produce 30+ watts per square foot and features a 10-year manufacturer warranty. All Danfoss GX radiant heat systems require a control unit that sends power to the heating cable. A certified electrician is required to hook up power to the control unit, but the rest of the system can be installed by any contractor. Cold leads are wired to the control unit and then run to the location of the radiant heating cable. The cold leads (come pre-spliced) are spliced to the heating cable, and the cable is laid out over the driveway or walkway to be heated. The rugged design and long life of the GX cable make it a popular radiant heat solution for a dynamic variety of applications, ranging from heated driveways and walkways to patios, dog kennels and more. |
